IDEAL® Industries, Inc. Package Redesign
IDEAL Industries had the opportunity to expand their presence in the Lowe's chain of home improvement stores. This involved a significant redesign of their packaging to meet Lowe's packaging requirements while maintaining the IDEAL brand. Streng's revision of all the packaging for IDEAL electrical and data communications planograms impressed Lowe's to the degree that IDEAL was highlighted in Lowe's yearly sales meeting, two years running, as an example of packaging excellence. Previously featured in only 350 Lowe's stores, IDEAL went on to supply all 1550 Lowe's stores the following year, and became the majority space holder in the electrical and datacomm aisles.
