Company History

Rick and Robin Streng founded Streng Design & Advertising in 1985. Initially established as a two-person creative studio, Streng has grown into a full service agency, specializing in graphic design, branding, web marketing, and print production.

Streng has a strong reputation for providing excellent service, developing positive working relationships, and delivering strong creative solutions. We have a wide variety of clients, ranging from international business and financial institutions to local and regional manufacturing companies and healthcare organizations. Several of our clients have been with Streng since its inception 25 years ago.

Community Involvement

Streng is a strong member of the Fox Valley Community. Our charitable contributions and pro bono work with local institutions like the Downtown St. Charles Partnership, Lazarus House, Tri-City Family Services, Living Well, Delnor Auxiliary and St. Charles North High School, demonstrate that we are involved in our community on a meaningful level. And we like to align ourselves with others that support our community as well.

 

"In 1994, our new Vice President of Sales and Marketing asked us to become our own agency. A short time later, we had too many materials to develop with our own resources. Our VP insisted that we use Streng Design instead of our previous agency as he had used Streng for several years. I was resistant, being in North Carolina, to work with someone as far away as Illinois. Now, I too would not want to work with anyone else."
